Family Services

The following positions are available in Fairmont, Clarksburg and Morgantown
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, psychology or related behavioral health services. It also requires a license or license eligibility. A minimum of one year experience with at-risk families, knowledge of and experience in family focused treatment, human development and behavioral interventions desired. A team approach will be utilized addressing the needs of a small intense family preservation caseload.
Responsibilities include completing initial and ongoing assessments of the client’s strengths and needs. The care manager will also provide other treatment services required by the client/family including but not limited to case management, social/emotional support, parenting and safety focused problem resolution. All positions require a valid driver’s license.
Requirements include; a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field with the appropriate WV license, or licensure eligible and a minimum of three years experience with at-risk families.
Candidate should have knowledge of local social service system with experience in family focused treatment and human development. Travel to client homes is required and candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
