BUCKHANNON -- Frances J. Beljan, 70, of 43 Lincoln St., Buckhannon, died Thursday, March 21, 2000, at St. Joseph's Hospital Buckhannon.
She was born Dec. 16, 1929, in Johnstown, Pa., a daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Walkowski Mastalski.
Her husband, George Beljan, whom she married in 1950, survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Andy Beljan, Myakka City, Fla., Willie Beljan, Lindside, and John Beljan, Oveida, Fla.; three daughters, Jan Beljan, North Palm Beach, Fla., Puggy Beljan-Farley, Manassas, Va., and Pat Ayers, Port Saint Lucie, Fla.; one sister, Jenny Sutryk, Olathe, Kan.; and eight grandchildren.
Mrs. Beljan was a homemaker. She attended Rosary Catholic Church.
CLARKSBURG -- Lockie M. Femia, 88, died Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at Sunbridge Nursing Home in Salem.
She was born June 20, 1911, in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Joseph Femia and Flora Monaco Femia.
Surviving are one sister, Sperry Romano, Charleston; several nieces and nephews, Rick LeBrun, Joe H. Femia, Anthony and Monica Romano, Frank Martino, and Tammy and David Griffith, Clarksburg.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Dominick Femia, Sam Femia and Frank Femia, and two sisters, Julia Martino and Sue LeBrun.
Miss Femia was known affectionately as Aunt Lockie. She was a homemaker and a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Clarksburg.
Friends may call at the Bartolo Funeral Home, 515 West Pike Street, Clarksburg, from 7-9 p.m. today.
HARRISVILLE -- Leonard Hardesty, 57, of Randolph, N.J., died March 20, 2000, in Morristown, N.J.
He was born Jan. 20, 1943, in Baltimore, Md., a son of the late Samuel A. and Dorothy Singewald Hardesty.
His wife, Carla Keith Hardesty, survives.
Also surviving are his children, Leonard Hardesty Jr., New York, N.Y., and Rebecca Hardesty, Dunn, N.C.
Mr. Hardesty was a manufacturer's representative with Hardesty Sales Inc., N.J. He was a member of Resurrection Parish Catholic Church, Randolph, N.J.
CLARKSBURG -- Frank J. Julian, 73, of 650 Deerfield Drive, Bridgeport, died at 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at United Hospital Center, Clarksburg.
He was born May 4, 1926, in Nutter Fort, a son of the late John Julian and Virginia Terango Julian.
His wife, Alice Garcia Julian, of Bridgeport, survives.
Also surviving are three brothers, Sam Julian, Glendora, Calif., Vic Julian, Franklin, Ohio, and Tony Julian, of Springboro, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Joseph (Frances) Secret, Hepzibah; several nieces and nephews; and one cousin, Sarah Petrotta, Monrovia, Calif.
Frank was a businessman and a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Bridgeport.
There will be private visitation for family only. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday at All Saints Catholic Church, Bridgeport, with Father Harry N. Cramer and Father Hilarion V. Cann concelebrating the funeral Mass. Entombment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery Masoleum. Bartolo Funeral Home, Clarksburg, is in charge of arrangements.

BUCKHANNON -- Opal M. Kellenberger, 86, of Rosewood Nursing Home, Grafton, died Tuesday, March 21, 2000, at Rosewood Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 3, 1914, in Upshur County, a daughter of the late Charles and Goldie Lemons Brady.
Her husband, John J. Kellenberger, preceded her in death.
Surviving are one son, Donald Kellenberger, Akron, Ohio; five brothers, Rubin J. Brady, Tennessee, Denver Brady, Myron Simons and Ward Simons, all of Painesville, Ohio, and Kenneth Simons, Concord, Ohio; three sisters, Roberta Davis, Ashtabula, Ohio, Eunita Hickman, Concord, and Ardyth Palmer, Painesville; two grandchildren, Terry Kellenberger and wife, Kathy, Akron, and Brenda Demastus and husband, Robert, Barberton, Ohio; and six great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Kellenberger was a homemaker. She was a member of Laurel Fork United Methodist Church.
CLARKSBURG -- Thomas G. Lanham, 53, of 332 Simpson Ave., Clarksburg, died Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 4, 1947, in Clarksburg, a son of Gaylord and Marion Johnson Lanham, of Woodbrook Lane, Bridgeport.
His wife, Charlotte Poole Lanham, whom he married Feb. 1, 1969, survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Lisa Toryak, Germantown, Md.; one son, S/SGT Thomas B. Lanham, USMC, Twenty-Nine Palms, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. William M. (Mary F.) Dunn Jr., Alexandria, Va., five grandchildren, Alessia Toryak, John S. Toryak, Christopher, Nichole and Gabrielle Lanham.
Mr. Lanham was a 1964 graduate of Washington Irving High School. He served with distinction in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1965 to 1969. During his tour of duty in Vietnam, he flew over 400 combat missions as a crew chief on a helicopter gunship. He was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with Combat "V", the Purple Heart, two Presidential Unit Citations, 21 Air Medals and Combat Air Crew Wings.
He was a member of Meuse Argonne Post No. 573, Veterans of Foreign Wars and served as a junior vice commander, a member and senior vice commander of chapter 418, Military Order of the Purple Heart, Roy E. Parrish Post No. 13, American Legion, Marine Corps League Detachment 981, Sons of the American Legion Squadron No. 31 and Clarksburg Lodge No. 52, Loyal Order of Moose.
He was owner of Lanham Construction, a local residential contractor.
Friends will be received at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 East Main Street, Clarksburg, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. A funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Saturday with Pastor Larry Green presiding. Interment will be in Marshville Cemetery where the VFW and American Legion Honor Guard will conduct military graveside rites.
CLARKSBURG -- Mrs. Bernice Eleanor McDonald, 91, of Mount Clare, died Wednesday morning, March 22, 2000, in the Clarksburg Continuous Care, Clarksburg.
She was born June 20, 1908, in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Charles W. Camp and Grace N. Danley Camp.
Her husband, J.P. McDonald, preceded her in death Jan. 26, 1984.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, William G. and Nancy McDonald, Mount Clare; one sister, Dorotha M. Lemon, Jane Lew; three grandchildren, Debra K. Rogers, Cynthia A. Bocanegra and Timothy M. McDonald and wife, Tammy; five great-grandchildren, Shane Rogers, Jamie McDonald, Blair Bocanegra, Danika McDonald and Skyler Burke.
She was preceded in death by four sisters.
Mrs. McDonald was a member of the Mount Clare United Methodist Church, the Woman's Society of Christian Service, the V.I.R. Sunday School Class and had been a Sunday School Teacher and Pianist for the church.
She was a 50-year member of the Clare Rebecca Lodge No. 302, Mount Clare, also a member of the Mount Clare Golden Coins and Senior Citizens. She retired in 1975 with 30 years of service as postmistress of the Mount Clare Post Office.
Friends will be received at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 East Main Street, from noon-9 p.m. Friday where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Richard McDonald presiding. Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. A Rebecca Service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday by members of District No. 9.
CLARKSBURG -- Catherine Pasceri, 94, formerly of Clarksburg, died Tuesday, March 21, 2000, at the Hospice of the Treasure Coast in Fort Pierce, Fla.
She was born March 18, 1906, in Catanzaro, Calabria, Italy, a daughter of the late Gregorio Piacente and Elizabetta Curcio Piacente.
Her husband, John Pasceri, preceded her in death in 1977.
Surviving are two sons, two daughters-in-law, two daughters and one son-in-law, Joseph Pasceri and wife, Margaret, Windsor, Ontario, Mary DeMarino and husband, Joseph, Cumberland, Md., Elizabeth Petrovich, Norton, Ohio, and Gregory Pasceri and wife, Margaret, Worcester, Mass.; three brothers, William Piacente, Mamaroneck, N.Y., Joseph Piacente, Port Lucie, and Anthony Piacente, Stamford, Conn.; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Caslinova, Helen Vetro and Josephine Foster.
Mrs. Pasceri came to this country at the age of six and grew up in Searight, Pa., then married and opened her business in Clarksburg.
She was a devoted wife of John Pasceri and loving mother of four children. She and her husband were the owners of Pasceri's Food Market on North 4th Street from 1923-1975. They raised their family in an apartment above the market and then moved to Nutter Fort in 1955.
She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Port Saint Lucie.

WESTON -- Logan Kyle Shaver, infant, of Route 1, Jane Lew, died at 7:36 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2000, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown.
He was born March 21, 2000, in Morgantown, infant son of Randy L. and Kristina L. Snyder Shaver, Jane Lew.
Surviving are his paternal grandparents, Calvin and Lorraine Shaver, Vandalia; his paternal great-grandmother, Virginia Shaver, Exchange; his paternal great-grandfather, Elmer Bleigh, Lost Creek; also surviving on the paternal side are one uncle and aunt, Kenny and Crista Shaver, Weston; his maternal grandparents, Tammy and Mike Hinzman, West Milford; his maternal great-grandparents, George and Joetta Anderson, Jane Lew, Nick and Janith Hinzman, Bridgeport, and Katherine Palmer, Warren, Ohio; his great-great-grandmother, Lona Henry, Roanoke; also surviving on the maternal side is one uncle, Nicholas Hinzman, West Milford; and several great-aunts and uncles and cousins.
Graveside services will be held at noon Friday at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Weston, with Rev. Doug Smailes officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Floyd Funeral Home, Weston, is in charge of arrangements.
ELKINS -- Olive Hammond Talbott, 97, formerly of Flemington, more recently a patient at the Elkins Regional Convalescent Center, Elkins, died at 3:10 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at the Convalescent Center. She had been declining in health and her death was attributed to Alzheimer's Disease.
She was born July 18, 1902, at Moundsville, a daughter of the late William Lincoln and Olive Dailey Hammond. Following the death of her parents she was reared by her uncle and aunt, Judge and Mrs. Jerome Dailey of Buckhannon.
Her husband of 63 years, Lewis W. Talbott, a longtime principal at Flemington High School, whom she married Aug. 5, 1930, at Kernstown, Va., preceded her in death.
Surviving are one nephew, Richard B. Talbott, Inwood; three nieces, Dorothy Covington, Beaumont, Texas, Sara Schnabley, Wilmington, Del., and Thelma M. Talbott, Hagerstown, Md.; and one sister-in-law, Sara T. Wagner, Elkins.
Mrs. Talbott attended the schools of Upshur County, was a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College with the Class of 1924 and received her master's degree from West Virginia University.
She was an English teacher at Flemington High School for 36 years and assisted in organizing and operating the Flemington Senior Citizen's Center of Taylor County. She was a member and past matron of Rachel Chapter No. 47, Order of the Eastern Star at Bridgeport, and was a former member of the Wally Byam Airstream Club.
She was a member of the Flemington Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School and was an avid traveler of the U.S. an Mexico.
